Returns & Exchanges


To return an item, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service at info@rdosurf. com. Please tell us your order number, the reason for your return and whether you’d like to get a refund, credit or exchange. We will review your return request and get back to you.

Full refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase date.

Returned products shall be in the same condition when received and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping including costs.

Original shipping charges can’t be refunded. Once the return has been processed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email provided.

To exchange a product, we ask you to return the original items in the same condition when received within 30days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags. Please place your new order while your return is in process to get a fast turnaround.
